Ken Jefferson’s involvement in the music scene spans over forty-five years. He has worked with entertainers such as Ray St. Germain, Gordie Tapp, Bobby Vinton, Al Cherney, Maurice Bolyer, Donna & Leroy, Colleen Peterson, Ronnie Profit, Glory-Anne Carriere, Jim Roberts, Wilf Carter, Deborah Lauren, and many others.

Ken has composed original theme music for television and various events within Saskatchewan. His theme music for the television series "John Archer’s Saskatchewan" won him a Can Pro award in 1991. He also wrote the music for local television talk show "Eye on Saskatchewan".

Other special achievements during his career include performing with Deborah Lauren at the Saskatchewan Pavilion at Expo ’86 and being the music director for three seasons of “Big Sky Country”, a musical series airing on the CanWest/Global station, STV.

Along with performing, Ken has been involved for many years with both recording and teaching private piano lessons in pop, blues, country, jazz, and boogie, which keeps him busy for most of the year. He continues to be involved with musical groups such as the Ken Jefferson Trio/Quartet.

In the Spring of 2009, Ken relased his first CD. it is now in a second printing and is available at Bach and Beyond in the Golden Mile.
